Custom Garments follow a 5 step procedure:

1. DISCUSSION - You converse before, during, and after your consultation with Designer (Miss Symphonique aka Nia Imani) about your garment, telling any and all details of it as well as providing pictures (if possible).

2. CONSULTATION - You meet with the Designer about your garment, measurements are taken; you further discuss your garment, fabric options, materials, etc. 

​

3. PRODUCTION - Fabric and materials are gathered within in a 72hr time period from the consultation. then the garment will be started. *

​

4. FITTING & ALTERATIONS - You meet with the Designer during the production process of the garment and after the garment is complete. Nia will asses the garment on the client to see if there are any alterations that need to be made.

5. COMPLETION - Your garment is complete (including any and all alterations) and you may take it home with you or it is delivered via USPS with tracking. *

*Please be advised that once your garment has be started the original design cannot be changed or modified. This does not include any alterations that may need to be made.*

REFUNDS & RETURNS FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS

​

If a client is simply not satisfied with the completed garment and wants to keep it the client can receive a partial refund, for the consultation and fabric/materials.

​

If a client chooses to not keep the garment the client will only receive a partial refund, for the consultation and fabric/materials. You must also arrange a day/time to meet with Designer to return the garment. 

​

Sales tax is included in your refund and can be calculated directly from the invoice that you paid.
